ABOUT

My name is Camille (AKA Wilfy) and I live in Cornwall with my husband Simon and our furbabies; Spice, our little black cat who is a daddies girl and Polly-Anna, our rescue "jug" who is my little princess.

Back in February 2019 I decided to go V"egg"an. Which is basically vegan, but I do consume cruelty free eggs on an intermittent basis. While I've always found enjoyment from cleaning and organising, it wasn't until this point that cooking went from a chore to a way of life. I started to create new recipes in order to simplify the vegan diet, by making food that is:

• Delicious 

• Nutritious (well mostly, but I  do like treats too!)

• Accessible 

• Affordable

Also from this point I've tried to become more aware of the environmental impact I'm having. I've always loved second hand shopping, but more recently I've been making small changes to reduce my consumption in every day life. I plan to share my changes/ideas on my YouTube and Instagram, but please remember I'm only human and we are all just doing our best.

I decided to start a YouTube channel, as a hobby and place where I could share my ideas. However life isn't what we see all over social media and my recipes show just how I just serve them for myself and this isn't something I plan on changing any time soon. But I will only share recipes that I (and others) have tried and tested and urge you to give them a try and always appreciate any feedback on how you got on. 

While my cleaning and organising may be more aesthetically pleasing, I still like to keep things practical and manageable for real life.
